If I purchase an item, can you ship it?

If I am local, can I pick up?

Yes & yes!

The Sanders Abode only offers US shipping at this time.

Packages are shipped via USPS (Priority Mail or Ground Advantage)

or UPS (all packages are insured). 

Items will be packaged & shipped within 5-7 business days.

Your shipping invoice (will contain your tracking #) will be sent to your email. 

 

If you are local to Winchester, Virginia, select "Studio Pickup" at checkout for free local pickup; items must be picked up from my studio within 2 weeks. Send me a message if you need my address.

Delivery is not available at this time.​

Do you accept returns, refunds or exchanges?

The Sanders Abode does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

All sales are final.

What should I expect with the condition of the items for sale?

All items are secondhand and therefore come with their own imperfections. This is what makes them one-of-a-kind! 

Details on the condition and wear of the items will be listed in the listing descriptions. Items are priced accordingly.

What if my package gets damaged or gets lost once it ships?

Items are packaged with immense care and attention.

Every package shipped through the shop is insured.

Unfortunately, things can happen while your package is in transit. Please make sure to contact the shop if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive. The customer is responsible for filing a claim for any damaged/lost goods. Any information you need will be provided.
