To me, this would be the perfect little riding dress! The collar is amazing!
Definitely "Big Girl" size - measurements are below.
14.5 in. pit to pit, 28.5 inches long (from top of shoulder) Looks like a size 12 or 14 in girls. Has belt loops on the sides as there may have once been a belt with it (could always add your own!)
